Watershed Assessment Reports - South Coast Region

The South Coast Region Watershed Map represents the geographical area of the Endangered Species Act listed (Endangered) Southern California Coast Steelhead Distinct Population Segment, which extends from the Santa Maria River (northern border of Santa Barbara County) south to the Tijuana River at the United States - Mexico border. The Coastal Watershed Planning and Assessment Program has undertaken watershed assessments or stream habitat inventories in several watersheds that support or have potential to support Southern California Coast Steelhead within this region (see map).
